The Cliffs – the newest development to be built in Summerlin in more than 10 years is breaking ground. Woodside was the first builder to build in Summerlin back in 1991. Once again, Woodside is the front runner and will be building 72 homes with 2,500 to 3,200 square feet in the new “Skystone” neighborhood near Patrick & Hualapai. She has been deeply involved in the National Association of Residential Property Managers since 2007 and has served many times on the board of our local chapter. Bonnie stays on top of the law and re-writes our management and lease agreements on a regular basis to cover new laws and best practices.
